Transgender and gender diverse support group - Swan Hill

This group is a peer driven support group for transgender and gender diverse adults living in Swan Hill.
It is a safe place to share ideas, health contacts and information whilst supporting one another.
The group was formed in 2025 and is a very welcoming group of individuals who meet monthly with the support of a Nurse Practitioner who specialises in transgender care.
We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 7-8:30pm.
