They operate as one of the leading psychology clinics in providing psychological treatment to the LGBTQIA+ community. They offer private sessions and also work in the NDIS space with plan-managed and self-managed clients. They offer intervention services exclusively to the queer community in order to ensure there are no waitlists for treatment and our rainbow family has access to gender and neuro affirming support and treatment when needed. Their clinicians utilise modern evidence-based therapies that provide clients with the affirming support, education and care they have longed for.

In terms of treatment for the queer community, The Identity Clinic offer 1:1 psychology, group therapy via telehealth and face to face, and they also offer crisis intervention with mental health accredited social workers who can assist with housing and domestic violence issues. To the entire community they offer assessments – Autism, ADHD and Functional Capacity. The Identity Clinic also offer professional development to organisations wanting to support the LGBTQIA+ community.

The Identity Clinic provides clients the autonomy and control over their journey. All clinicians have lived experience and are all proud members of the queer community and are extremely passionate about providing the level of care our community needs. It's personal for them.
