Living Faith Church

Living Faith Church (LFC) is a diverse community of people doing our best to live a life grounded in the love of Jesus and his teachings. We seek to be a positive presence in our workplaces and neighbourhoods, and bring the hope of Christ into our real life.

SERVICE TIMES:
Sunday morning worship: 10am – 11:30am.

The Church Council and Ministry Team, on behalf of LFC, acknowledge the harm done to the LGBTQIA+ community, including our own families. We are committed to doing better by providing an explicitly and intentionally safe space for worship and fellowship.

In 2023, LFC leaders met with consulting organisation Queers Be With You and in 2024, LFC is looking to participate with Uniting Network Australia, to continue to create greater inclusivity within the church. For further information see our Call to Inclusivity which highlights that the church "Welcomes all people, irrespective of age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or sex/intersex status”, and states that “Acts of discrimination or prejudice towards LGBTQ+ people are unacceptable and will be responded to appropriately.”

We also celebrate the August 2024 endorsement of the proposal for the Uniting Church to affirm, welcome and honour the life and faith of transgender, intersex and gender diverse people in our Church. See more here.
